Knowledge Management, Innovation and Productivity. Study of the case of the Uruguayan manufacturing industry
Abstract
The object for study in this paper is the role played by knowledge and innovation in productivity and, thus, in the growth of Uruguayan industrial companies. The study looks to assess the hypothesis of a positive relation between these factors.
