Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Author Guidelines
Working Papers and Doctoral Working Papers sent for consideration of the Editorial Board have to be at most 10.000 words.
The research documents should include the following information:
- Title in Catalan, Spanish and English
- Authors (names and surnames, e-mail address, academic affiliation)
- Name of the project or research group
- Name and surname of the project director, doctoral thesis, etc.
- Presentation/publication date
- IN3 address and website
- Abstract (150-200 words) in Catalan, Spanish and English
- Keywords (between 4 and 6) in Catalan, Spanish and English
- Body of text, divided into sections and subsections
- Bibliography
- Author details (name and surname, professional title, work address, institutional e-mail address)
All tables and figures must be numbered and include a title; they must also designate the source at the footer.
Languages
Full-text papers will be published in the language they were written in and approved by the evaluating committee. Languages include Catalan, Spanish and English.
Format
Documents submitted must follow the template proposed by the publication.
Bibliographical references
Bibliographical references shall be preferably presented following ISO 690 (INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ORGANIZATION. Norme internationale ISO 690: documentation - références bibliographiques - contenu, forme et structure. 2e éd. [Genève]: ISO, 1987), as shown in the following examples:
a. Books and monographies:
SURNAME, Initial/s of the name. (year). Title. Edition number. Place: Publisher. Length and material details. (Series; number).

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- Documents submitted must follow the template proposed by the publication.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
